无惧经济不稳 蒙特利尔上月房屋销售和价格同告上涨

尽管面对利率不变及经济前景不明朗，蒙特利尔地区5月份房屋销售按年再次上涨，房屋交易量和价格增长均未出现放缓迹象。
魁北克房地产专业经纪协会表示，蒙特利尔地区上月共有4,992套房屋易手，较2024年5月的4,532套增加10.2%。
该协会市场分析总监布兰特(Charles Brant)表示，尽管贷款利率保持稳定且“经济不确定性持续存在”，但是房屋销售已经是连续第三个月按年上涨。
布兰特表示，“价格增长也没有放缓迹象”，因为上个月约有七分之一的房屋交易以高于要价的情况下售出。
蒙特利尔地区所有类型房屋的中位数价格同告按年上涨，其中普通独立屋价格上涨8.7%，达到62.5万元。投资房（Plex）的中位价格上涨5.1%至82.5万元；公寓的中位价格上涨4.3%至427,500元。
上个月，蒙特利尔地区共有7,596套新房源，按年增长11.2%；活跃房源数量增长2.4%至18,920套。
