魁市两小时降雨50毫米 汽车被迅速淹没

周四晚 (24 日 ) 及周五早上的暴雨，为魁北克部分地区带来洪水和造成停电。
在魁北克市，两辆汽车被困在地下通道中，积水迅速涌入。周五早上，魁市仅两小时的降雨量便高达 50 毫米。
魁市警方称，其中一名司机被困车顶，需要动用消防员将他救出。目前尚无人员伤亡报告。
与此同时，周四晚的暴雨过后，造成数万家庭断电。
截至周五上午 8:30 ，近 4 万户客户家庭，其中超过一半位于 Outaouais 地区。
