加国邮务工人漸失耐性 批评工会罷工行動”短视”

加拿大邮务公司（Canada Post）员工对持续两周的全国性罢工支持度正在下降，不少员工公开表达对工会决定的不满，认为罢工是”短视”的行动，只会让员工与公众两败俱伤。
一名来自温哥华岛的邮差直言：”我们是在自毁前程。罢工让我们失去了收入，也激怒了原本支持我们的人。”
多名员工表示，工会突然决定全面罢工，导致内部严重分裂，许多人希望继续工作，在谈判期间至少能维持收入。
他们还担心此举会进一步损害邮务公司的业务及公众信任。
罢工始于9月25日，当天联邦政府批准对加拿大邮务公司大规模重组计划，包括逐步取消上门邮递服务。
部分员工承认，虽然邮务公司管理不善，但重组已是大势所趋，而工会要求的19%加薪及反对取消上门投递的立场”不切实际”。
多名受访员工表示，他们已准备接受公司现有提案，或希望通过仲裁解决。
