魁省大麻店将销售大麻电子烟 能更好地保护公众健康？

魁北克大麻局 (SQDC) 周二 (18 日 ) 宣布，将于 11 月 26 日在其门店开始销售大麻电子烟产品。
SQDC 去年确认了推出电子烟产品的计划，旨在 “ 通过提供低风险产品更好地履行其保护公众健康的使命 ” 。
自 2019 年以来，大麻电子烟产品在加拿大已经合法化。
在魁北克省，含量超过 30% THC 的大麻产品，仍然被禁止销售。
SQDC 承认电子烟存在健康风险，但表示 “ 迄今为止合法供应的匮乏产品带来了更大的风险，因为非法市场上的产品性质危险 ” 。
SQDC 还补充说，其产品将符合所有法律要求，并将由加拿大卫生部认证的实验室进行分析，与在非法市场上流通的产品不同。
两款电子烟电池也将上市销售。 SQDC 表示计划与 14 家供应商合作，其中 9 家总部位于魁北克省。
SQDC 指出，其员工已接受 “ 四个半小时的全面培训，以帮助引导消费者理性消费 ” 。
