加拿大环境与气候变化部 (ECCC) 发布特别天气声明，预计大蒙特利尔地区周三 (10 日 ) 和周四将迎来超过 15 厘米的降雪。
该机构警告称： “ 由于能见度降低和道路积雪，出行条件可能变得十分困难。 ”
声明特别指出，周三下午和周四上午的交通高峰时段受影响最大。
ECCC 补充道： “ 此外，周四下午风力可能增强，导致吹雪，部分地区能见度降低。 ”
当局预计降雪量可能会根据天气系统的发展情况进行调整。
