魁省护士值班时吃吐司被停职 最终获撤销处分

魁省隆格伊（Longueuil） 一名护士因在值班时吃了一片花生酱吐司而被停职三天，但在当地卫生部门承认惩罚过于严厉后，该护士已经复职。
CISSS de la Montérégie-Est表示在了解了整个情况后，已经取消对De Lévis长期护理中心 (CHSLD)一名护士的停职处分。
据报该护士因在 10 月 2 日值班时吃了一片花生酱吐司而被 CISSS 停职，当局形容该护士“严重违反忠诚和诚实” 。
但在周一（5日）与该护士和工会代表会面后，CISSS 改变了主意。
CISSS 表示已经向护士道歉，并将检讨纪律处分程序，以确保此类事件不再发生。
该名不愿透露姓名的护士接受采访时说，她在值班时吃了一片吐司是因为她在上班前没有时间吃早餐，而且不知道这种行为是不获允许。
当局起初认为她的行为玷污了CHSLD的声誉，并损害了护士的专业形象。
