蒙特利尔唐人街去年11月刺死案疑凶遭通缉 原来早有杀人前科

一名接近30年前因为枪杀案被判罪的男子，周五再被法院发出缉捕令，原因是他涉嫌去年秋天在蒙特利尔唐人街刺死一名男子。
根据周五在蒙特利尔法院公布的逮捕令，46岁的约瑟夫(Dwayne Joseph)被控二级谋杀34岁的里亚希(Mohamed Azzeddine Riahi)。
案件发生于11月6日晚，根据警方当时提供的信息，里亚希与数人发生争执及打斗， 他 上半身至少被捅了一刀。
疑凶有累累犯罪史
据报疑凶约瑟夫有累累案底。其中他在1996年因为在Notre-Dame-de-Grâce区一个公寓入口连开3枪打死一名妇女，当时年仅19岁的约瑟夫被判监六年。
此外在2005年，他在西岛 Fairview Pointe-Claire商场附近一个公车站试图打劫一名青少年，并开枪打伤了该青少年的腿部，于2007年被判监3年。
约瑟夫在过去5年中，亦曾经因为死亡恐吓、持有违禁武器和毒品等案件而被定罪。
