尸体被误以为人体模型扔掉 魁北克验尸官：救援人员已经接受相关培训

去年一名魁北克妇女的尸体被误以为是人体模型扔掉，验尸官的报告称警方和消防员已经接受相关培训以避免类似的错误再次出现。
2021年7月，64 岁的瑟里恩 (Laurette Therrien) 在蒙特利尔以东 150 公里的舍布鲁克（Sherbrooke）一家工厂附近的田野里自焚身亡。
当时有目击者以为是一个矽胶人体模型被点燃了。
警员在与目击者交谈并咨询消防员后，将尸体放入垃圾箱，调查人员在几个小时后才发现警方扔掉的是一具尸体。
验尸官德拉波（Richard Drapeau）说，自从瑟里恩的事件后，该市的消防员和警察已经接受了法医病理学家的培训，并订立了记录死亡事件的新规则。
此外，德拉波说，最先到场的救援人员必须与救护员更密切地合作。
他补充说，由于瑟里恩的遗体当时被灭火器的粉末覆盖，使到救援人员难以辨认。
瑟里恩死前留下了写有遗言的纸条，并从家里带来了汽油罐。德拉波并裁定瑟里恩的死因是自杀。
