蒙特利尔紧急避难所周五继续开放 给有需要居民过夜

蒙特利尔市在全岛开设了6个夜间紧急避难所，因为在周三的冰暴之后，市内有数十万居民度过了第二个没有电力的夜晚。

这些避难所由红十字会运营，并且供有需要的人们过夜。这些避难所将在周五晚上继续开放，红十字会将在周六重新评估情况，看看是否有需要继续开放，因为许多人仍处于停电状态。

据红十字会称，周四晚上约有30至40人（15 个家庭）在避难所过夜。
