Lachine运河被发现男尸 证实为母女被杀案疑凶

蒙特利尔警方证实，周四(27日)在Lachine运河发现的尸体属于杀害一名56岁妇女及其12岁女儿的嫌疑凶手。
警方还报告称，这名59岁的男子是该女子的配偶，也是女孩的父亲。
路人在Lachine码头附近的水域发现该具尸体。
警队发言人莱维斯克 (Julien Lévesque) 周四晚表示：“我们确认这名在水中被发现的男尸，与案中女死者有夫妻关系，与12岁女受害人有父女关系。”
周四凌晨，一名妇女和她的女儿被发现死在Lachine的一处民宅中。警方表示，凌晨 12 点 15 分左右，他们接到了死者亲属的电话称有人失踪，警员因此赶到Terrasse J.-S.-Aimé-Ashby 的一处住宅，从而揭发命案。
警方目前尚未确认受害者和嫌疑人的身份。
这是蒙特利尔岛 2023 年发生的第17起和第18起凶杀案。
