蒙特利尔6岁女童被母亲杀害 家人起诉魁省青少年保护局

一名6岁女孩于 2020 年被母亲杀害，其家人现时起诉魁北克青少年保护局和蒙特利尔中南部健康和社会服务中心(CIUSSS)。
死者的家人表示，他们多次呼吁当局将孩子带走，但无人理会。
死者梅莉(Maelie) 的同父异母姊姊菲利亚特劳特(Mari-Lou Filiatrault) 说：“她(死者)被青少年保护局遗忘和忽视。”
诉讼称青少年保护局曾经接到4次有人过量饮酒及吸毒的相关报告，但是菲利亚特劳特指当局却无视报告。
“我试着帮助我同父异母的妹妹，”菲利亚特劳特说。 “我竭尽全力保护她的安全并试图拯救她，我想让她离开那里。”
2020年7 月的凌晨3点左右，警方接到多通911电话指Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve 区的一户住所内发生了大喊大叫。
警方赶到后发现里面有一名六岁女孩，身上有多处刀伤。
她后来在医院去世。
死者的母亲承认犯下二级谋杀罪，目前正在服刑10 年。
该诉讼除了索偿 300 万元，并促请政府改革青少年保护系统。
