加拿大人5年被骗走160亿 接近两成人口曾受欺诈

加拿大统计局发布一份新报告分享了综合社会调查（GSS）的结果，发现在2014至2019年间，加拿大人因欺诈造成的损失高达160亿元。
报告称，六分之一的受访者表示他们在2014至2019年间是欺诈的受害者。约24%的人损失达到1000元，3%的人损失了至少1万元。由于欺诈造成的损失中位数为600元。
加拿大皇家骑警与加拿大反欺诈中心 (CAFC) 收集的数据显示，2021年和2022年的欺诈损失金额是“创下历史”。这两年，加拿大人因欺诈损失的钱分别为3.8亿元和5.31亿元。
GSS调查结果也显示，欺诈位居加拿大人举报的犯罪行为榜首。2014年至2019年间，大约有500万名15岁及以上的人（占加拿大人口的17%）成为至少一起欺诈行为的受害者。
警方报告的数据显示，2011至2021年，欺诈案件从约8.7万起暴增到超过16.8万起。欺诈占2021年网络犯罪的一半以上（57%）。而且这一数字仍在继续增加。
