魁省酿5死钓鱼意外惨剧 其中3人为父子

魁省北部钓鱼致命事故中的5名死者(包括4名儿童)身份已经得到确认，其中3人属父子关系。
魁省一个11人钓鱼团周六(3日)清晨在Portneuf-sur-Mer的圣罗伦斯河岸边遇上巨大潮浪被卷走，6人获救幸免于难，但有4名孩童死亡，另一名报称失踪的成年男子尸首于当晚亦在圣罗伦斯河中被寻回。警方周日证实该名男死者是37岁的吉拉德(Keven Girard，图)，但拒绝透露该4名罹难儿童的姓名。
吉拉德的婶母拉沃伊(Vivian Lavoie)称，吉拉德两名儿子帕特里克(Patrick)和杰罗姆(Jerome)也是罹难者。
警方指，该批人于事发时到海边捕捞多春鱼(Capelin)。 Portneuf-sur-Mer市长特伦布莱(Jean-Maurice Tremblay)表示，目前正值多春鱼捕捞季节，这种银色的鱼是许多海洋生物的食料。鱼群会被水浪带到岸边，然后用勺子舀起，而不是用鱼线钓。
特伦布莱补充说，多春鱼群通常在夜间出现，因此人们带同照明工具在岸边等待。
他又说，民众可以驾车直达肇事浅滩，那里属于半岛范围，在潮涨时，部分地方水深可达4米，因此注意潮汐涨退至关重要，这在夜间难以识别。
