蒙市地铁增设“安全大使” 并雇用更多人手保持清洁

蒙特利尔公交局(STM)发表声明说，为了保持地铁系统的“安全”，它将额外雇用20名特别警员，增加监控摄像头数量，及增设20 名“安全大使。
同时为了应对更多无家者在地铁系统内出现，STM将额外雇用 20 名人员保持清洁。
STM相信在增聘人手后，将可以改善清洁问题最严重的车站(尤其是市中心)。
至于设立安全大使，STM表示是效仿洛杉矶、三藩市和费城的做法。
STM指安全大使的角色是混合安全和运营的新职位，他们将接受 80 小时的专门培训，让他们有能力处理安全问题、支持重大事件及为乘客提供帮助。
从今年夏季开始，安全大使将穿着特殊制服出现在地铁网络中，为乘客和员工提供指导、协助和量身定制的支援。
STM董事会主席考德威尔 (Éric Alan Caldwell) 表示，采取这些措施是因为必须让乘客和员工感到地铁系统是绝对安全。 ”
