愤怒了！蒙特利尔禁止犬只在狗公园内吠叫 主人随时被重罚

一些人本周带同宠物犬到蒙特利尔狗公园时，赫然发现多了一个警示标志，指示不准犬只在公园内吠叫。
蒙特利尔Saint-Leonard区Jean-Talon- Provencher狗公园的闸门上张贴了新标志，牌子上写着“禁止让你的狗吠叫、呜呜声或嚎叫”，违规者将被罚500至2,000元。
蒙特利尔市证实说，虽然加添了新标志，但没有修改法例。该标志引用了蒙特利尔市关于控制家畜的其中一条附例。
Saint-Leonard区政府发言人蒂博 (Anne-Émilie Thibault) 在电邮回应道：“这个标志旨在减少对狗公园附近的滋扰。” 除了这个新标志，该区还在修建设施，包括利用树篱分隔狗公园与人行道，以及使围栏变得不透明。
一些狗主人周五(12日)接受采访时表示，他们无法相信蒙市会禁止犬只在狗公园吠叫，并表示狗在玩耍和结识其他狗时吠叫是很自然的事。
今年3月，多伦多市在St. Andrew’s狗公园安装了类似的禁止吠叫标志，但在公众表达愤怒后迅速将其拆除。
