魁北克拟为法语移民提供快速永久居留权申请专道

据加拿大广播电台报导，魁北克可能会接受更多的移民 —— 但前提是他们懂讲法语。
据报导，坚决反对增加移民数量的勒戈 (François Legault) 政府拟创建一个新的计划或类别，对象是已经身在魁北克的移民申请人。
这些移民将是法语 CEGEP 学院和大学的毕业生，以及在魁省居住多年的临时工。
消息称新计划正在构思和讨论中。
计划的目标是通过创造更快的永久居留权专道来将家庭、学生和工人留在魁北克。
加拿大广播电台引述的消息来源说，勒戈政府更加着急保护法语，这促使他们研究其他方法吸引和留住讲法语的移民。渥太华计划到 2025 年每年接纳 50 万新的永久居民
目前尚未知道魁北克打算增加的移民人数，魁北克目前的移民门槛设定为 5 万人。
无论如何，勒戈政府可能会在未来几个月内向渥太华和魁北克移民业持份者提出可选择的方案。
魁北克的 3 年移民计划公众咨询早前因为省选而推迟后到明年进行。
