前魁人党领袖被控性侵犯认罪

前魁人党（ Parti Quebecois ）领袖博伊斯克莱尔（ André Boisclair ，图）周一（ 20 日）在蒙特利尔法院对 两项 性侵犯指控的罪名认罪。
56 岁的博伊斯克莱尔被控 2014 年在其他人协助下性侵一名女子，并于 2015 年性侵犯另一名女子。
法庭下令禁止媒体公开两名受害者的身份，以便作出保护。
在第一起案件中，这位前魁人党领袖还面临使用武器进行性侵犯的指控，但这一指控 最终 被撤销。
控方和辩方联合提交判处两年以下监禁的建议，法官宣布将于 7 月 18 日作出量刑决定，博伊斯克莱尔获准保释候判。
博伊斯克莱尔去年 9 月放弃了对这两起案件进行初步调查的权利，并选择直接由法官单独审判。
曾经担任省政府内阁部长的博伊斯克莱尔，并在 2005 年至 2007 年担任魁人党领袖。
他后来于 2012 年至 2013 年担任魁北克驻纽约代表，并于 2016 年担任魁北克城市发展研究所所长直至被捕。
