蒙特利尔50年熏肉老店突然关闭 杜鲁多发文表示难过

位于蒙特利尔Saint-Laurent大道上的Main Deli Steakhouse，已经为顾客服务了近50年，现时已经永久关闭。
许多人简称它为 The Main，这家标志性餐厅位于其主要竞争对手 Schwartz's Deli的对面。多年来，它一直是本地人最喜欢的熏肉三明治，也是寻找宵夜小吃的热门去处。
然而，这家于1974年开业的餐厅，在门口张贴告示宣布关闭。
加拿大总理杜鲁多是听到这一消息后伤心欲绝的顾客之一，他形容The Main有着蒙特利尔“最好的”熏肉。
记者无法联系到餐厅的老板，但在店内工作的人说，食物和劳动力的高成本是关闭的主要原因。
随着 The Main 的消失，它标志着同一条街上至少有3家熟食店在过去一年半的时间里关门。
