社交媒体公开性犯罪受害者身份 两魁汉被控违反法庭禁令

魁北克省警方表示，两名男子61岁的Sylvain Fortin和44岁的Stéphane Vigeant被控在前省议员性侵受害者的审判期间，在社交媒体公开受害者的身份，从而违反了法庭禁令。
受害者为现任南岸城市朗格伊(Longueuil)市长富尼耶(Catherine Fournier，图)，她的身份在被告人1月份被判有罪后，解除了身份公开禁令，以便她公开谈论经历。
富尼耶在书面声明中称，她决定向警方报案的一个重要因素是她相信自己的身份会得到保护。
她表示两名男子被指控传递了正确的信息，但她对两人延至近一年后才被起诉感到遗憾，并补充说希望检控部门更加严肃对待相关禁令。
2014年至2022期间代表魁人党担任省议员的勒贝尔(Harold LeBel)，2017年于自己在Rimouski的公寓内性侵富尼耶，最终罪成被判监禁8个月。
