撤走中国顶级AI专家调往加拿大？微软这样回应

英国《金融时报》9日引述消息人士称，美国科技巨头微软（Microsoft）正将部份顶级人工智能（AI）研究人员从中国撤走，调往加拿大。
报导称总部设在北京的微软亚洲研究院（MSRA）已着手办理签证，将多达40名顶级人工智能专家转移到位于温哥华的研究所。
报道引述专家指，此举是微软在中美关系愈趋紧张下作出的防御举措，避免顶尖人才被中国科技集团招揽，研制中国版ChatGPT等AI工具。
微软就此回应称，公司将在温哥华建立一个新实验室，会与总部位于北京的微软亚洲研究院“在组织上保持一致”，旨在更好地与温哥华的工程团队合作。微软表示，新实验室将配备来自世界各地实验室的人员，包括中国。
