蒙特利尔地区上月房屋销量按年下降15% 房价持续上升

魁北克房产局 (APCIQ) 表示，由于供应短缺和部分家庭购买力有限，蒙特利尔地区 1 月份房屋销量按年下降 15% 。
APCIQ 表示，蒙特利尔人口普查区 1 月份共有 2,364 套房产交易，低于去年同期的 2,774 套。

APCIQ 市场分析主管布兰特 (Charles Brant) 表示，尽管市场活动有所放缓，但房产短缺仍然推高了房价，尤其是两到五个单位的多户住宅 (plex) 。
今年 1 月，各类房屋的中位价均有所上涨，其中多户住宅的中位价涨幅最大，达到 $841,800 。
独立屋 1 月的中位价按年上涨 4% ，达到 61.5 万元；公寓中位价按年上涨 2% ，达到 42.8 万元。
APCIQ 表示， 1 月份新增房源共计 6,550 套，按年增加 8% 。
