魁省出现致命性细菌感染 两童一死一住院

魁省两名儿童因为细菌感染导致一死一住院，Laurentians下区公共卫生和社会服务中心建议一所私人日托的孩子接种预防性抗生素。
CISSS des Laurentides发言人 Myriam Sabourin 证实，两名儿童感染了Kingella kingae细菌，一名男幼童在感染该细菌后于 7 月死亡。
第二名同样是一岁半的男童，在医院接受抗生素治疗后康复。
两童都上了同一个托儿所。
Sabourin说，公共卫生当局已致函该日托中心的儿童家长和工作人员，要求他们服用预防性抗生素。
“Kingella kingae 是幼儿骨关节感染相关的主要病原体，已经在一些国家出现。”加拿大医学协会杂志的一篇文章中写道。这种细菌通常影响四岁以下儿童的骨骼和关节。
