数字转型“惨败” 魁省汽车保险局首席执行官被辞退

魁省政府周三(5日)确认魁省汽车保险局(SAAQ) 首席执行官马索莱斯(Denis Marsolais，图)离职，并任命杜查姆(Éric Ducharme)周四接任。
马索莱斯的离职正值 SAAQ 的新网站 SAAQclic 在2月下旬推出后造成大乱，导致积压了40万项交易。并且导致服务中心门外排起长队数周，主要集中在蒙特利尔、Gatineau和Saint-Jerome。
省长勒戈(François Legault)曾经为此表示，SAAQ首席执行官和董事会的工作 “严重缺乏规划”。
网络安全和数字技术部长凯尔(Éric Caire )也承认这是一场“惨败”。
这次混乱亦足以让交通部长吉尔伯特(Geneviève Guilbault)下令SAAQ 暂停一项人脸识别项目。
杜查姆是魁北克税务局的前任首席执行官，现任财政部委员会秘书处。他拥有拉瓦尔大学的经济学硕士学位。
