魁北克增设防止虐待老人求助热线

魁北克政府周二(9日)宣布，将在全省所有地区逐步开设防止虐待老人求助热线 (LAMAA)。
该热线用于倾听、评估和转介，适用于任何经历或目睹虐待情况的人士。
该热线自上月以来已经在魁省偏远地区实施。
拉瓦尔(Laval)及Outaouais区将在本月内推出。魁市和Montérégie区亦于9月提供服务。
至于蒙特利尔，将于10月提供相关热线。
该热线同时为卫生和社会服务业、社区组织、法律和金融业的工作人员提供支援，特别是通过专业的电话咨询服务。
电话服务时间为每周 7 天，上午8点至晚上8 ，电话为 1-888-489-2287。
