Costco 在加拿大全国正进行招聘全职及季节职位，包括收银员、维修助理、油站服务员、仓务员及仓务助理等，年薪最高可达 7 万元，另加津贴。
不少职位无需任何特定技能或经验， Costco 会为新员工提供培训；但有部分职位是需要符合指定的教育水平。
以全职仓务员为例，年薪最高可达 7 万元，另加福利； Costco 所招聘职位的平均时薪约 26 元。
另外，亦有专门为学生提供的工作，包括光学学生及药剂学学生。
新员工亦有资格参与透过扣除工资来购买 Costco 股票； Costco 表示，这是「一种为未来储蓄的简便方法」。
