据地区卫生局消息，位于蒙特利尔南岸朗格伊（ Longueuil ）的 Pierre-Boucher 医院因设备故障， 100 多台非紧急手术被迫推迟。
Montérégi 东部综合健康与社会服务中心（ CISSS ）证实， Pierre-Boucher 医院用于手术的医疗器械的消毒器 “ 未能通过目视检查 ” 。

该机构在回复媒体的查询时说道： “ 我们想向院内病人保证，没有患者面临风险，应急措施已迅速启动。 ”
这 111 台原定于 2 月 20 日至 27 日期间进行的非紧急手术已被推迟，约占该医院计划手术量的 15% 。与此同时，所有紧急手术将如期进行。
该地区 CISSS 表示正在尽一切努力尽快恢复正常， ” 。
下周暂无取消预约手术的计划，医院预计 3 月 9 日一切恢复正常。
