魁省狱警遭殴打 全省同僚封锁监狱表达支援

周二 (3 日 ) 早上，魁省所有狱警拒绝打开囚犯的牢房，以支持上周末 Sorel-Tracy 一名被囚犯殴打的同僚。
一些狱警周二早上在魁北克拘留中心外示威，竖起的标语上写着： “ 公共安全部手上沾满了鲜血。 ”
魁省所有狱警周二早上将监狱封锁至中午，强迫囚犯留在牢房里。
周日，一名狱警在 Sorel-Tracy 监狱遭到一名囚犯的粗暴袭击。这名狱警面部被袭击至面目全非，目前情况稳定。
涉案的 39 岁囚犯 Kaven Plourde 有着长期犯罪记录，他被转移到 Bordeaux 拘留中心等待进一步审理。他是因为 3 月在 Sherbrooke 发生的一起袭击案而被监禁。
几个月来，魁省监狱人员工会一直要求政府干预，以改善监狱的安全，尤其是越来越多罪犯利用无人机送货和囚犯自制武器。
