据报道，加鼎金融集团 ( Desjardins ) 在圣诞节前几周解雇蒙特利尔 Complexe Desjardins 的 35 名员工和 Lévis 区一家分行的 12 名员工。
该公司发言人解释说，像加鼎这样拥有 5 . 5 万名员工的机构，会定期进行人手调整，但他承认这是艰难的决定。
该公司表示将会尽可能为离职的员工提供帮助，并声称未来若有机会将会重新聘请他们。
报导称受影响的员工于 11 月 29 日得知被辞退的坏消息，并将于 2 月 21 日离职。
上周五，该金融机构被发现向一些客户错误地收取 “ 账户维护 ” 费。尽管 2.25 元的金额并不大，但加鼎很快便发现错误，并迅速进行补偿。
