与政府谈判陷僵局 魁省住院医生随时罢工

魁北克住院医生联合会 (FMRQ) 表示，鉴于与魁省政府续签集体协议的谈判陷入僵局，该联合会已准备好在必要时罢工。
FMRQ 于 11 月中旬已经向医院发送一份打算保留的基本服务清单。 FMRQ 主席苏菲医生 (Dr. Ghassen Soufi) 周二接受采访时表示，他们正在等待雇主的回应。
谈判的主要争论点是工作量和薪酬。
FMRQ 希望其成员能够在连续工作七天后享受一天的休息时间。
至于薪酬，苏菲说目前的协议包括一项附加条款，规定住院医生获得与公务员相同的加薪幅度。
苏菲并认为政府必须加强政策的灵活性、可预测性，并且不能减少对民众的服务。
