总理杜鲁多打破沉默 回应特朗普加拿大成为美国“第51个州”言论

在美国候任总统特朗普多次拿本国主权开玩笑后，加拿大总理杜鲁多打破沉默做出回应。
杜鲁多于节礼日 (26 日 ) 下午在社交媒体发布一段影片，是 NBC 新闻在 2010 年温哥华冬奥会前，对加拿大政治、风景和国家记忆进行的全面概述，杜鲁多于影片上方写道：「为美国人提供一些 ( 了解 ) 加拿大的信息。」
这句短语是杜鲁多在特朗普发布一系列有关加拿大成为美国 “ 第 51 个州 ” 的贴文之后，首次直接回应。
稍早时，加拿大前央行行长卡尼 (Mark Carney) 也指出，是时候「为加拿大挺身而出」了。
加拿大中央银行前行长卡尼周四在社交媒体指特朗普的玩笑开得太大。他在特朗普圣诞节言论的萤幕截图上方写道： “ 随意、不尊重、糟糕的税收计算，以及忽视如果两国共同努力，边境两边的工人都会过得更好。 ”“ 是时候大声疾呼，为加拿大挺身而出，建立真正的北美伙伴关系了。 ”
加拿大外长乔美兰（ Melanie Joly ）及新任财政部长勒布朗（ Dominic LeBlanc ）周五将南下美国与特朗普会面。
