蒙特利尔这个服装品牌寻求债权人保护

总部位于蒙特利尔、经营服装品牌 Frank and Oak 的 UCG Canada Holdings Inc. ，已申请债权人保护，以考虑其包括 15 家零售店在内的未来业务。
该公司在声明中表示： “ 主要目标是保住业务、保障就业并探索潜在解决方案，包括吸引投资者或为品牌寻找买家。 ”
法庭文件显示，这家零售商欠债权人约 7 , 100 万元，其中包括纺织企业、房东和公用事业公司。
Frank and Oak 的首席执行官琼斯 (Dustin Jones) 将债务归因于该公司未能追回新冠疫情遭受的损失。
成立于 2012 年的 Frank and Oak ，曾于 2020 年申请债权人保护，导致联合创始人 Ethan Song 离职。
与此同时，加拿大玩具反斗城 (Toys “R” Us) 表示，将关闭安大略省的 5 家门店，并在其他门店腾出空间用于游戏空间和 HMV 品牌的扩张。
零售战略集团联合创始人 Liza Amlani 表示， “ 消费者现时在线上和线下的选择比以往任何时候都多。 ”
