魁北克省最低时薪5月起上涨至16.10元

5月1日起，魁北克省的最低时薪将从$15.75上涨至$16.10。
魁北克劳工部长布莱(Jean Boulet，图)表示，此次涨薪将使最低工资“以平衡的方式发展，尊重雇主的支付能力，同时允许雇员增加收入并保持购买力”。
约 217,400 名雇员（其中 118,400 名是女性）将受益于此次涨薪，他们中的大多数受雇于零售和餐饮业。
依赖小费的雇员的最低时薪将增加 30分，达到$12.90。
