美国对加拿大开征25%关税及能源类商品关税10% 周二起生效

据报导，加拿大于今天（ 2 月 1 日）下午接到美国开征 25% 关税和能源类商品 10% 关税的通知，并于周二起 (4 日 ) 生效。
总统特朗普签署行政命令指责加拿大、墨西哥及中国，打击非法鸦片类药物芬太尼源头不力，导致芬太尼流入美国。并一直批评加拿大和墨西哥，没有尽力阻截非法移民入境美国。
开征关税的该措施将于 2 月 4 日生效，直至芬太尼问题解决为止。
加拿大总理杜鲁多和财政部长勒布朗 (Dominic LeBlanc) 将于今天下午 6 时召开记者会，公布加拿大反制方案。
