特朗普证实二月起向加拿大征收两成半关税 在考虑会否豁免原油

美国总统特朗普周四 (30 日 ) 表示将于 2 月 1 日 ( 周六 ) 起向加拿大及墨西哥进口商品征收两成半关税，但他仍在考虑会否豁免原油进口关税。
特朗普表示，他的决定将基于加拿大和墨西哥提供的石油价格是否 “ 公平 ” ，他此前威胁征收关税的理由主要是打击非法移民和芬太尼相关化学品的走私。
根据美国能源信息署（ EIA ）的数据， 2023 年 10 月，美国每日从加拿大进口近 460 万桶石油，从墨西哥进口 56.3 万桶。同时，美国当月的国内石油日产量平均为 1350 万桶。
但特朗普对经济影响不以为意，称美国不依赖进口。 “ 我们不需要他们的产品， ” 特朗普说， “ 我们有足够的石油，你们需要多少就有多少。我们有足够的树木，也就是木材。 ”
他又提到正考虑对中国商品征收新关税，并再次指责中国把芬太尼输往美国，导致数十万人死亡，所以要为此支付关税，将决定具体关税内容。
魁省政府 强调 特朗普 尚未签署行政命令，并保证正在密切关注事态发展。“我们正在为所有可能的情况做准备。”
