特朗普暂缓向墨西哥征关税 却进一步投诉加拿大

美国总统特朗普周一 (3 日 ) 与墨西哥总统辛鲍姆 (Claudia Sheinbaum) 达成协议，同意暂缓一个月对墨国商品征收关税。但是特朗普却列举了更多理由来宣扬其与加拿大即将爆发的关税战。
特朗普在社交媒体发文称，他与墨西哥总统辛鲍姆进行了 “ 非常友好的交谈 ” ，她承诺即时增派万名国民警卫队成员驻守北部边境，阻止芬太尼等毒品流入美国。美方则承诺，将会加强执法，阻止大杀伤力武器流入墨西哥。
虽然两国达成共识暂缓协议，但特朗普针对加拿大及中国的关税仍将于周二生效。
特朗普在社交平台透露已与加拿大总理杜鲁多通话，并将于周一下午 3 时再次对话。
他再次批评加拿大不合作，称两国虽有数十年友谊及伙伴关系，但 “ 加拿大甚至不容许美国银行在加国开业或营商 ” 。
特朗普又指这也是一场毒品战争，数十万美国人因从墨西哥及加拿大边境涌入的毒品而死亡。
