减息吸引买家 蒙特利尔1月房屋销售量按年激增36%

魁北克专业房地产经纪协会表示，蒙特利尔地区 1 月份房屋销售量按年激增 36% 。
该协会表示，蒙特利尔地区 1 月房屋销售总量为 2,812 套，高于 2024 年 1 月的 2,063 套，同时比 1 月份的历史平均水平超出 10% 。
该协会的市场分析总监布兰特 (Charles Brant) 表示，受到近几个月大幅降息以及新的房屋政策推动，继续吸引大量买家重返市场。
普通独立屋的中位价格上涨 11% 至 590,700 元，公寓的中位价上涨 8% 至 42 万元。
蒙特利尔地区上月有 6,220 新房源，按年增加 18% 。
与去年同期相比，活跃房源数量下降 4% 至 15,723 套。
