魁省男子射鹿变杀人 被判入狱 18 个月

2021 年 11 月，魁省 Val-des-Sources 一名男子猎鹿时误把行人当成目标不幸射杀，他周五 (14 日 ) 被在 Sherbrooke 法院被判处 18 个月监禁。
案发当天已经夜幕降临，阿尔金 (Jean-Yves Arguin) 猎鹿时，误将行人加兰代 (Matthew Gerendai) 当成目标，并向对方开了三枪。
阿尔金承认一项过失杀人罪，并于周五入狱。
案情透露，阿尔金开枪时距离受害者仅 300 米。他当时给狩猎伙伴发了一条短信警告附近有一只鹿。
被告的狩猎伙伴清楚地看到那是一个人，并告诉他不要开枪。可惜的是，被告没有及时看到这条信息并开枪了。
刑事检察官称，阿尔金在开枪时没有采取一切合理措施确保目标不是人类。
除了判刑 18 个月，阿尔金在出狱后 10 年内不得持有枪械。
