魁省收紧网上购物规则 限制政府机关使用亚马逊

魁北克省将强制要求各政府部门和公共机构若要从在魁省没有零售点的线上平台 ( 例如亚马逊， Amazon) 进行的所有购买，都必须事先获得批准。
魁省政府希望借此限制政府机关使用该美国网络巨头。
据报导，魁省政府各部门自 2021 年以来已在亚马逊花费超过 220 万元购买商品。
随着美国总统特朗普发动关税战，魁省政府正在采取新措施来促进购买本地产品。
库务局主席勒贝尔 (Sonia LeBel) 在周一的新闻稿中宣布，除了要得到部门最高长官（副部长、首席执行官等）的授权，政府机构从魁北克以外的在线平台购物，还必须得到库务局秘书处的批准。
勒贝尔强调公共机关采购时必须跟随内部指引。
超过 400 个机关（包括各部门、卫生和教育网络等）将受到这项新政策的约束。
当局说明，哪些在魁省营运网站、在魁省设有零售点或主要销售魁北克产品的企业，并不受到此项新政策限制。
