突发！特朗普宣布周二如期对加拿大征收25%关税

美国总统特朗普周一 (3 日 ) 下午表示，周二（ 3 月 4 日）起将对从加拿大和墨西哥进口的商品征收 25% 的全关税，对加拿大能源产品则征收 10% 的较低关税。
特朗普声称，美国这两个近邻已经没有余地通过谈判摆脱毁灭性关税。
这位美国总统表示，两国必须在美国建立汽车厂和 “ 其他设施 ” ，他才会考虑取消关税。
在加拿大和墨西哥同意在边境采取新的安全措施后，特朗普承诺将实施关税的日期从 2 月初延后至明天。
特朗普最初指责加墨两国让非法移民及毒品流入美国而要实施关税，但他早前曾经表示，延后关税是希望腾出更多时间达成 “ 经济协议 ” 。
目前尚不清楚特朗普希望加拿大做出什么行动来换取永久放弃关税威胁。
