特朗普宣布最快今天对加拿大乳品和木材征新关税

美国总统特朗普周五(7日)抨击加拿大对乳制品和木材征收的巨额关税，并表示他的政府可能最早在周五(今天)对加拿大产品征收对等关税。
特朗普在椭圆形办公室对记者说：「加拿大多年来一直在木材和乳制品关税上欺骗我们。他们将面临完全相同的关税，除非他们放弃关税，而且……我们可能最早今天(周五)就这样做，或者会等到下周一或周二。」
特朗普还提到了印度的关税问题，但他表示印度已同意降低其关税税率。
这些新关税似乎与特朗普计划于4月2日开始实施的“对等关税”政策不同。“对等关税”旨在匹配所有其他国家对美国产品征收的关税。
此外，这些关税是在本周二开始实施的，对加拿大商品的25%全面关税和对加拿大能源产品的10%关税的基础上额外增加的。不过，特朗普周四豁免了部分在北美自由贸易协定（NAFTA）框架下的商品。
