安省急转弯后 特朗普：“很可能降低对加拿大的50%关税”

在安大略省暂停对美国电力出口征收附加税后，美国总统特朗普随后表示他 “ 很可能会 ” 降低早前声称对加拿大征收的50%关税。
特朗普在白宫对记者发表讲话，谈到他提高美国进口产品关税的决定，并表示他「不得不这样做」。
他还表示股票市场将会随着时间的推移而上下波动，最终会打消导致抛售的担忧。他说，为了恢复美国的就业岗位及让工厂继续开工，征收关税是必要的。
此外，特朗普告诉记者如果安省继续实施这一政策，将是一件“非常糟糕的事情”。
他说：“如大家所知，加拿大有一位强势人物表示要对输入我国的电力征收附加费。他已打过电话表示不会这么做。我尊重他的决定。”
特朗普的高级贸易顾问纳瓦罗(Peter Navarro)刚刚告诉 CNBC，美国不会像总统今早威胁的那样，在 3 月 12 日对加拿大钢铁和铝征收50%的关税。
