魁省医疗系统今夏再次面临高风险“服务中断”

随着夏季的到来，魁北克省医疗服务管理局 Santé Québec 报告称，该系统共出现 96 起 “ 服务中断 ” 情况，其中 13 起尚未解决。
事实上在过往的夏季，亦不时出现医疗系统服务中断，原因是很多医护人员在这段期间休假。
尽管如此， Santé Québec 坚称情况已得到控制， “ 与去年相比，情况相对稳定 ” 。
Santé Québec 发言人科尔曼 (Robin Marie Coleman) 表示： “ 与过往夏季一样，有些服务会有所减少。 ”
据报到目前为止， 80% 的预期服务中断已经得到避免。
政府已采取措施防止服务中断发生，包括派遣一支流动队伍到部份偏远地区提供服务。
这支共有 246 名员工的队伍由政府设立，旨在弥补人手的流失，。
然而， Santé Québec 目前无法提供夏季将关闭的病床数量。
魁省去年共有 1500 张病床被关闭。
