年度最壮观流星雨 即将闪耀加国夜空

2025 年最瞩目的天文现象即将在北美上演 —— 英仙座流星雨（ Perseids Meteor Shower ）估计将于 7 月 17 日至 8 月 23 日期间出现在加拿大夜空，并预计在 8 月 12 日（周二）晚间达到观赏高峰。届时，幸运观众每小时或可见多达 100 颗流星，场面壮观，被加拿大太空总署（ CSA ）誉为「全年最精彩的流星雨」。
英仙座流星雨的成因来自 109P/Swift–Tuttle 彗星。该彗星每次环绕太阳时，会留下尘埃与细小碎石，而地球每年夏季穿越这条碎石轨道时，便会产生大批流星现象。这些尘粒在大气中高速燃烧，成为我们夜空中看到的流星。
根据美国太空总署（ NASA ）资料，最佳观赏时间为 8 月 12 日午夜至凌晨，当天月亮亮度较低，能大大提高观赏条件。建议选择远离城市灯光的郊外或黑夜保育区（ Dark Sky Preserve ）。
