蒙特利尔房东租金要价 2019年以来激增超过七成

加拿大统计局周三 (25 日 ) 发布的 2025 年第一季度租金报告，蒙特利尔房东的平均租金要价 (asking rent) 自 2019 年以来飙升近 71% 。
报告指出，自 2019 年以来，蒙特利尔这座加拿大第二大城市的租金要价已从 1,130 元上涨至 1,930 元。
Drummondville 和 Sherbrooke 为今年开始时平均租金要价最低的魁省城市，但其两卧公寓首季度的平均租金要价涨幅，创下了 2019 年第一季度以来的新高。
报告以租金要价来反映最新的市场趋势，因为 “ 潜在租客一般比长期租户面临更高的租金 ” ，而长期租户的租金仅反映了过去的租约。
在加拿大其他地区，两卧公寓的平均最高租金要价城市为温哥华， 2025 年第一季度的租金要价为 3,170 元。随后是多伦多（ 2,690 元）、维多利亚（ 2,680 元）和渥太华（ 2,490 元）。根据加拿大统计局的数据，蒙特利尔在该榜单上排名第 17 位。
