蒙特利尔企业 “ 一元店 ”(Dollarama) 宣布完成收购总部位于澳大利亚墨尔本的廉价货品零售商 The Reject Shop Limited 。
Dollarama 表示已获得所有必要的监管、法院和股东批准。
The Reject Shop 在澳大利亚拥有超过 390 家门店和 5 千名员工。此次收购标志着 Dollarama 首次进军澳大利亚市场。
Dollarama 主席兼首席执行官罗西 (Neil Rossy) 表示： “ 我们非常高兴地正式欢迎 TRS 团队加入 Dollarama 。 ”
罗西称这次收购有助于他们实现长期增长战略，并扩大 Dollarama 的国际影响力。
Dollarama 的股价周一在多伦多证券交易所收盘时为 187.73 元。其股价在过去一年上涨了 44.98% 。
