热浪再袭蒙特利尔 酷热天气持续至周二

热浪正袭击魁北克南部，蒙特利尔岛尤其受到影响。加拿大环境部于周六 (26 日 ) 发布高温预警，有效期至周二。
未来几天，气温将超过摄氏 30 度，体感气温更接近 40 度，周日下午尤其炎热。
环境部表示夜间也不会凉快，最低气温将保持在摄氏 20 度以上。
高温预警将于周日、周一和周二在魁北克南部地区生效。

当局提醒说，极端高温使白天和夜晚都难以忍受，尤其对弱势群体而言。卫生部门敦促人们保持警惕。
中暑相关症状不容忽视：头痛、头晕、恶心、尿液呈深色以及极度疲劳。如有疑问，请立即停止所有体力活动并补充水分。
为避免不适，当局建议多喝水，拉上窗帘，如果室外气温较低则打开窗户，并寻找有空调或阴凉的地方。
