加拿大前总理杜鲁多 2023 年宣布与结婚 18 年的妻子索菲分居，有传媒报道，索菲在分居前已另结新欢，杜鲁多则一直未有传出新恋情。
不过，杜鲁多早前被目睹与美国歌手 Katy Perry 在蒙特利尔一家餐厅共晋晚餐。
美国娱乐新闻网站 TMZ 早前独家报道杜鲁多与 Katy Perry 约会一起晚饭的消息。报道指，两人席间相谈甚欢，态度亲昵。

餐厅人员证实，周一 (28 日 ) 曾招待杜鲁多与 Katy Perry 晚膳，两人逗留了约两小时，但强调没有看到两人有特别亲密的表现。
餐厅人员又表示，主厨曾特地向杜鲁多及 Katy Perry 打招呼，而两人用餐后亦有到厨房向工作人员道谢，态度随和。
Katy Perry 正在加拿大举行巡回演唱会，有观众拍到杜鲁多周三现身她在蒙特利尔的演唱会，杜鲁多不时随着音乐摇摆，看得相当投入。
这次是两人爆出约会消息后杜鲁多首次现身，不过双方发言人都没有回应有关报道。
