蒙特利尔母亲遗弃女儿到安省 被判无须负刑事责任

一名被控遗弃儿童的蒙特利尔母亲被判周一(15 日)被判无须负上刑事责任。
在34岁女被告接受精神评估后，Valleyfield法院法官周一做了以上判决。
为了保护这名年幼女童的身份，被告的姓名被禁止公开。
6月18日，警方在安大略省一条高速公路附近的田地里发现了女被告的3岁女儿，而且神志清醒。而在这4天前，女被告在魁省Coteau-du-Lac报称女儿失踪，警方随即展开大规模搜查。
该名女子被捕，并被指控过失致人身体伤害和非法遗弃儿童罪。
