魁省房市无惧经济不确定性 第3季交易量及价格均按年上涨

尽管经济和就业市场放缓，魁北克省的住宅房地产市场依然保持强劲。
魁北克专业房地产经纪协会 (QPAREB) 周二 (14 日 ) 发布的数据显示，今年第三季度房产交易数量和价格与去年同期相比均有所增加。

魁省独立屋的中位价为 49 万元，按年上涨 9% 。
然而，房价在不同地区的差异很大。例如，蒙特利尔地区的中位价为 63 万元，按年增加 7% 。在 Saguenay 都市区，中位价达到 35 万元，按年上涨 17% 。
几乎所有魁省地区的住宅交房产交易数量均有所增加，只有 Baie-Comeau 、 Sainte-Adèle 、 Granby 、 Victoriaville 和 Thetford Mines 等地区的交易量轻微下降。
QPAREB 经济学家贝金 (Hélène Bégin) 在一份新闻稿中指出，市场仍然 “ 明显有利于卖方 ” ，但供应量仍然不足，一些地区市场上的房屋供应更加 “ 严重 ” 短缺。
