蒙特利尔邻近唐人街酒店 被魁北克法语办公室列入黑名单

位于蒙特利尔市中心邻近华埠的一家酒店因违反语言法规， 10 日起被魁北克法语办公室 (OQLF) 列入黑名单。
位于 René-Lévesque 大道 380 号的 Courtyard Marriott 酒店，由蒙特利尔酒店大亨瓦拉迪 (Pierre Varadi) 控制的公司持有。
这家拥有 26 至 49 名员工的酒店将无法再获得政府机构的补贴，也无法与魁省政府签订合同。
OQLF 通讯主管特鲁德尔 (Nicolas Trudel) 解释道，如果企业未能履行《法语宪章》的规定， OQLF 可以拒绝、暂停或取消其法语培训项目的合规证书。
瓦拉迪拥有五座位于市中心的摩天大楼，其中包含万豪、希尔顿和假日酒店。他的公司 RIMAP 负责管理这些酒店。
自 2012 年以来，瓦拉迪的公司已从魁北克储蓄投资局 (CDPQ) 的前房地产子公司 Otéra Capital 获得了近 2.7 亿元的贷款。
